APA'S Mental and Behavioral Health Registry (MBHR)

Thank you for taking the next steps in the registration process for APA’s Mental and Behavioral Health Registry quality measure feasibility study! By completing your registration, you are committing to administer at least two of the selected quality measures in the MBHR (listed below) with any appropriate patients over a period of five months (from March-August). At least one initial and one follow-up must be administered approximately two months apart (dependent on the specific measure).

The MBHR Specialty Measures for the Feasibility Study include:

  • MBHR3 Pain Interference Response utilizing PROMIS
  • MBHR4 Social Role Functioning Outcome utilizing PROMIS adult Ability to Participate in Social Roles and Activities
  • MBHR5 Screening and monitoring for psychosocial problems among children and youth
  • MBHR6 Sleep Quality Assessment and Sleep Response at 3-months
  • MBHR7 Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Outcome Assessment for Adults and Children
  • MBHR8 Alcohol Use Disorder Outcome Response
  • MBHR9 Outcome monitoring of ADHD functional impairment in children and youth
  • MBHR10 Symptom Improvement in adults with ADHD
